Donation in STOCKS

For those, who wish to donate stocks, that are traded, on the NYSE or NASDAQ, please make sure, UnitedTouch, Inc. and your full name (both) are on the stocks certificate, themselves. Not just OUR or YOUR name!! We will sell those stocks, when YOU WANT US too, but no more then 3 years, after you have given them to us. Your deduction, will be the value of the stock(s), at the time of selling them.

For example, if you purchased, $ 10,000.00 (Ten thousand Dollars), worth of company XXX stocks purchased under your name and UnitedTouch, Inc., then we will hold those certificate, from the date you have assigned our name, on the certificate. You may tell us to cash them in 30 months later (at that time or earlier), and if they are worth $ 25,000.00 (Twenty-five thousand Dollars), at that time, then your deduction is for $ 25,000.00 (Twenty-five thousand Dollars). Even though you initial and actual cash out of your pocket was $ 10,000.00 (Ten thousand Dollars). You, the originator, must also pay any stock broker's cost or any other cost associated with cashing that certificate. Otherwise, those cost will be deducted from the $ 25,000.00 (Twenty-five thousand Dollars) and YOUR deduction will be $ 25,000.00 (Twenty-five thousand Dollars), minus those cost(s). These rules are directly from the United States Internal Revenue Service (I.R.S.).

The major difference we offer a plan, that no other Non-Profit offers, is that the time of cashing in your stocks is, in your hands, as far as the timetable. The amount mentioned above is just an example. You may make it as small or as large, as you like. Please keep in mind, how many people, you are helping, locally and thorough out the world.

Please contact us on this or any other matter, as it is critical, to be completed properly, as to stay within and comply, with the stature of the United States Government and all applicable rules and regulations. A United States Social Security Number MUST be provided, if that person is going to take a deduction, on their taxes. The social Security number MUST also match the person, taking the deduction and giving the funds!! Please DO NOT email this number, as we will contact you, and receive it from you.
